Diamond Springs acquired a liquor license following 22 years of business without one and wanted to open a place for golfers that would give them an opportunity to continue enjoying the course and all it has to offer after their round. Out of that came Miller Creek Tavern, they opened their doors for the 2022 golf season and became an instant staple in the Hamilton community. A smokehouse with a focus on its bourbon selection, Miller Creek Tavern is truly unlike anything else you will find on any other golf course. With plenty of outdoor seating, you can still appreciate the natural beauty Diamond Springs has to offer!
